An Explanation of Costs
All-on-4
Is a trademark of Nobel Biocare and requires the use of genuine Nobel implants and components. Here at The Smile Pros we do this in the mandible (lower jaw), complete for:
$16,950
Following your implant placement, you will walk out with fixed temporary teeth. During your follow-up appointment, the final impressions will be made and the final bridge fabricated.
‘Fixed-On-4’
An alternate similar technique is implant supported replacement teeth from a registered specialist, using generic implants for:
$14,950
All treatments include a 5 year warranty on the implants and prosthesis.
Implant-Supported Dentures
Your suitability for implant-supported dentures and the type of implant-supported dentures you receive will depend on your specific condition.
3 implants with attachments – approx. $5000*
2 implants – approx. $4000*
*This does not include any work to the denture.
An alternative (without implants) is high quality conventional dentures provided by a prosthodontist.

All-on-4 has become a very popular option for patients who are looking to replace a full arch of teeth. Many patients are attracted to this treatment through its heavy media exposure but don’t fully understand the range of alternate options that may be more appropriate for them and their condition.
Implant planning, placement and restoration fall within prosthodontics. Any general dentist can legally perform implant treatment, a registered specialist prosthodontist is trained at specialist competency level in all options of tooth replacement therapy including All-on-4.
Dr. Beresford is an expert in this topic, being both a registered specialist and published author in an international peer reviewed journal trialling both fixed and removable prosthesis. Not all patients choose the fixed option (Beresford and Klineberg JOMI 2018).
